AMAZING SPA!!!! I booked the spa package where I got a massage, facial, mani and pedi (spoiled myself!) the owner was so kind and accommodating to my time schedule that day. The facial was the BEST facial I have ever had and I have gotten facials a couple of times a year for many years. The massage, mani and pedi were all great. Everyone was really nice, informative and super pleasant. Great prices to! 100% recommend this salon!

I went to El Bella for first time today to get a Pedicure. My tech was Michelle. The front Receptionist was wonderful and very helpful. The Salon is extremely clean and comfortable. There is no chemical smell in air. It is very stylish but everyone is friendly and kind. Michelle I would highly recommend because she is very good at her craft. Very clean and detailed with her work. She allows you to relax…..which is nice. There are no TV’s blasting in the background. Very positive energy and peaceful environment. Thank you ladies.

My nails we’re done last Monday. By Wednesday they were coming off. When I went in and showed them my chipping nails oh, they added more nail glue. Mya nails began to come off the very next day oh, I’ve then purchase my own nail glue to keep adding everyday (be same brand of nail glue that they use in the shop), however my nails still managed to fall off by Tuesday. I then went to the shop and had them removed. After advising the manager that my nails fell off and I was not happy with that, she asked me if this was my first time getting my nails done with acrylics which I responded no and then she said I owed $10. I asked why I owe them money for a bad nail job, and she said it’s just what we charge. I then said I am not comfortable paying as I did not receive the service I paid for. she said the best she could do is taking off 10%. Yay, I saved a dollar. I would not suggest going to the shop for acrylic nails anytime soon.

I went to this salon for the first time this morning to get a Mani/pedi to get my nails and toes ready for brothers wedding this weekend Vincent did an awesome job, he recommended the sns nails and are French manicure my nails look great and my toes match. I staff is nice and friendly and the salon is really nice and clean. I love this place and look forward to returning. Thank you Vincent.

Went with my daughter to get her nails done using my birthday gift card that I received from my sister Saturday before Mother’s Day 2018. when into the salon with my daughter and we were separated so we didn’t get to enjoy the time together getting our nails done the person who is doing my nails polished my nails over all the nail dust from when she filed she never had me go wash my hands she never treated my cuticles . The lady rub some lotion on my hands and 10 seconds later my manicure was done the whole thing took less than possibly 15 minutes. She ignored me the entire time wearing a face mask and gloves she couldn’t score my nails because of the gloves never offering me anything to drink however everybody else around me was being offered something to drink. So when my nails were done I went over to sit with my daughter who is getting her nails done for high school graduation she walked in with black nail polish on and they never took off the black polish properly The tech had the audacity to tell my daughter that her nails were dirty but it was the polish residue that was left on her nails from the black polish. She painted her nails a light pink they never push back her cuticles they did not file her nails properly leaving them completely off centered they never removed the build up that was on the nails from the gel they did not score her nails leaving the polish attached to her skin they painted up on top of her cuticles and they are already lifting and we just left. My daughters technician was on the phone with her mother the entire time that my daughter sat in front of her ignoring my daughter completely. I was astounded by the lack of customer service. We left no tip.When we called the salon on our way home because my daughter was in tears over the way her nails were left – we were treated horribly by the receptionist she was wearing a red dress long blonde hair I think her name started with a K she was rude to my daughter on the phone when my daughter was explaining how her nails look ( the black from the old polish was visible on the sides of her nails still) . When we asked for the owner or the managers information we were pushed off with no information given. So this is the best recourse I could take.
