I just had my consultation session today and Jes is delightful. She explained the whole process, was more than willing to answer questions and explain how things worked, and I am really excited to work with her on further sessions. She keeps her space very clean and tidy and was quite welcoming and warm, very personable and easy to talk to, especially for a process that is so weirdly intimate! I’ll certainly be back and I’m excited to get started for real. Jes feels like someone I can trust with this process for sure.

I am very insecure about some of my body hair, but unfortunately I could never complete the “treatments” because going to her made me so unbelievably anxious. The owner was very uptight and unfriendly. She berated and shamed me for being a few minutes late when patiently waiting outside to give the previous client some privacy. This is very unprofessional of a business and I was appalled that I had to get yelled at by some lady I didn’t know before stripping down. How uncomfortable! I would find anywhere else to get treatments from a place where the owner does not frighten and belittle the clients.
