When you walk into EGR nails, you are always greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I had a manicure and pedicure both done there. My nails look beautiful and my pedicure was very relaxing with a wonderful massage. Erin and Mim do such a wonderful job and they have a beautiful spirit.

My left thumb was done beautifully and the right one ruined .The make boss also used the F bomb during my appt. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years this was a possible prepaid hate crime and I would not trust this nail salon at all.

These people are ripping people off!I My girlfriend is starting at new job and wanted to look sharp on jer first day. $50 later she returned home with the absolute worst nail job. The nails weren’t pressed on and the polish was just slapped on in a rush. She was almost to tears when she walked in the door. She had to go have them fixed at another establishment and they made it right for a charge of course. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been a regular customer here for years! I’ve tried a number of other Grand Rapids nail salons – these folks consistently do the best (and often at a lower price). Their shellac manicures always last 2+ weeks. The service is friendly and welcoming. And, they give great foot massages. Enjoy!

I’ve been here before and will go back again! The girl who did my manicure was so sweet and we had a great conversation. I got shellac and she put 3 coats on one hand and 2 on the other. I think she forgot the 3rd, but I didn’t notice until later. My shellac lasted a while and I’ll definitely go back. They have great service and are so sweet!
