The service I received was top notch. Kris the owner did my hair and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My hair was a 911 emergency when I went in. I came out feeling like a movie star . This shop is so beautiful inside I can’t wait to go back to meet the rest of the crew. In my opinion Rank#1 salon in Vegas ❤️

I first want to start off by saying I thank God for me finding this shop, I moved out her from Cali and before I moved I had my hair braided knowing I was going to have issues finding a good hairdresser which was true, I did find an amazing braider but however the don’t wash you have to come already wash so the first time I went to a shop and had them wash and cellophane my hair you can still see the grey then the second time this experience was the worst ever I also had a wash and cellophane and the grey showed up the next day but the person who blowed dried my hair was not experienced at all my scalp hurt for days and she also pulled out a great amount of my hair as she was blow drying as she didn’t comb it out at all after the wash. Now a very nice experience at EGO TRIPP SALON (I hope this is the name) I know when I first walked in I was going to receive a plus customer service, the owner not just asked me what type of cellophane I wanted she went over the difference and told me what I needed in order for the gray to be covered and afterwards the young girl who washed my hair was so gentle and I believe my stylist name was Taz when I say she applied the color and got every gray strand my husband even said Dam you can’t see not one gray hair I was amazed, I also want to add the shop is nice clean and just a relaxing environment. I will definitely be going back soon for a silk press. I recommend this shop highly!!!

Lana had the most soft touch! I’ve never been to the salon that she works it but it was a very pleasant experience. I love how soft she was with my hair and how she really got my scalp super clean when she washed it at the bowl. When it came to straightening my hair she got a bone straight and made it soft. She clipped my ends just right it made my bangs the perfect length! They offered me snacks, water, coffee, tea and a lot of good conversation at the salon! my most favorite thing about my experience is that my service started immediately and they were so professional!

Went to this newly opened salon and had the best service from the minute I walked in. The first thing I noticed was how stylish the space was. Was greeted by a stylist, Lana, who helped me with services I needed. I got a color, cut, and blowout and enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone is so friendly and all the services were enjoyable. After being in Vegas for 2 years I have finally found my salon.
