Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI go here to get Brazilian blowouts and I have never had a better one before. I have tried several salons and Ego does the best job by far. I have thick, dry, curly, frizzy, bleached hair. It’s a miracle what my hair looks like after getting the treatment done. I get out of the shower and my hair air dries frizzy free and straight. The treatment last me 5-6 months which is insane long. Not to mention they are so sweet at this salon. I go here to get Brazilian blowouts and I have never had a better one before. I have tried several salons and Ego does the best job by far. I have thick, dry, curly, frizzy, bleached hair. Salon was very clean, they had outside sitting and taking one client at the time. I felt safe in there and Elis did a wonderful job on my hair.Good to be back…. Happy as always.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in with a grown out balayage due to being in quarantine for 3 months. I was looking forward to getting my hair done and the salons I usually go to didn’t have any availability until August so I figured I’d try out this salon as they had availability and seemed nice. Little did I know the salon had very poor lighting and products. The lighting made it very hard to see the finished product. Once I got home I notice my hair was orange! I initially showed a picture of a bleach icy blonde balayage to the hairdresser. I called a few days later to come back to get it fixed. When I went in for the second time I was a greeted with great disrespect from the owner, who has bright red hair, that the hair I received was not what I asked for. She was very unprofessional and made me extremely comfortable. I told her what I wanted fixed and when I did she said she is just going to put another toner on it to get the orange out. They did so. A few days later when I washed my hair I noticed nothing had changed. I am now dealing with my credit card company to dispute the $180 charge for this mediocre service. Lastly, when I first called I asked how much a balayage would be for my type of hair and was told $135. I went in with a grown out balayage due to being in quarantine for 3 months. I was looking forward to getting my hair done and the salons I usually go to didn’t have any availability until August so I figured I’d try out this salon as they had availability and seemed nice.
