Nails came out GREAT & GORGEOUS! But the lady was a liiittle hard to understand.. So if you don’t already know what you want then I suggest going in with some who knows what to ask for! If you’re a first timer like myself, you want a full set with gel & then you pick your color from upwards of 500 colors!! ❤

Horrible quality on Dip nails, nail tech rushed the technique, was more eager to get paid VS taking her time on getting the dips properly applied onto my nails….they were BIG BULKY, looked like tacky glue stuck on the nail. The nail dip solution was stuck underneath my in a thick crusty manner.. I went to another nail salon to fix my nails.

I only come here for my eyebrows. The customer service is ok. Not red carpet customer service but for the most part the owner and the workers are kind. One time the owner was grumpy and unprofessional when the salon was packed. I was appalled. As a result, I boycotted this place for about a year. I don’t tolerate unprofessional service of any kind but I especially don’t tolerate it from people who are not from the community but want to make money off black women via beauty services. After a year of boycotting this place, I did decide to revisit this establishment to see if the customer service improved. From what I could tell, it has improved and most clients seem happy these days. With that in mind, I felt comfortable to start getting my brows done here, once again. I only let the owner or the owner’s daughter do my brows. The price has gone up but my brows are always done the way I like when I leave so I don’t complain. When I don’t feel like doing my own brows- this is the spot for me.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI visited Egleston Nails on March 13, 2021 hoping to find a local shop to give my business to. I called in advance and set an appointment for waxing – eyebrow, bikini and half of leg. After more than an getting waxed I told the woman waxing me that I had to get to another appointment. Another fifteen minutes she said she was “done” and I still had visible hair on my legs. I was incredibly disappointed and voiced those concerns and told her she needed to discount my services. When I went to pay, I was told it would be $115+$2 fee that was assessed but I was not informed of. I don’t know where $115 is a discount. I do not mind paying a premium for quality services, but what I received was not worth $30, let alone $117 and I will not be visiting them again.
