GREAT experience!! I had a bad experience with a relaxer and hadn’t been to a salon since precovid. I felt nervous and was unsure if the state of my hair would bring judgement. There ended up not being ANY judgement. Shumi styled my hair great, answered all my questions and and made me comfortable and at ease! I was very happy with the final result! Holy Hell! Ive been searching for Shumi forever! I have short 4c…more like 4d or 4e hair! VERY coily and kinky! I wanted to try this place because I desperately need a place for my girls to have their long and natural 4c hair done! I got a wash, condition, and blow out with flat iron and trim. She was sooooo gentle and didnt even THINK about using anything but a wide toothed comb! I have been natural since the 90’s and I have NEVER been more satisfied with a hair appointment! Her prices are decent but I would have gladly paid more! I immediately set appointmemts for my girls! What a find!
