I have always wanted to get my brow done but never show the correct tech until I saw Nicole brow work. I book with her and I have to say that she was wonderful she explain everything to me about the procedure but I do have to say it was the best decision I made . My brow turn out so beautifully her blending is on point and her arch work is amazing I’m so blown away. I will recommend her for all your brown and lash work. I will be going to Nicole for my touch up and to get my lips done.

Love the Effortless Beauty Lounge!!! The owner is so sweet and accommodating. I had the fibro blasting done on my face for a dark spot and WOW does this work!!! I was not expecting such awesome results! My large dark spot is more than halfway lightened! I knew going into this that I would need more than one session, but I was not expecting the first session to work so well. I have uploaded my before and after photos. My spot has since lightened even more. Thank you, Nicole! I will definitely be returning for more services!

My poor mother went to this salon for an eyebrow wax and they left her with severe burns. They have not been apologetic or refunded her for the wax! Absolutely horrible. I could not believe when I came home for a visit, she looked like she was beaten up!

Booked eyebrow waxing with Nicole for me and my fiancé. We got there a bit early and she took other people in during our time slot. She designated us to another girl who clearly didn’t know what she was doing and she burned my skin 3 days before my wedding. We were there for over an hour and Nicole was on her phone shortly after the other girl took care of me. I had to remind her to do parts of the waxing because she forgot and parts of my skin came off. No gloves. No nothing. Didn’t clean our skin before she got started. I’m not going back.

I meant to write this review a couple months back but forgot to do it. This beauty loundge or whoever name is nicole is an absolute scammer. I scheduled an appointment and never received a confirmation of my appointment. And i never got to confirm the appointment. And i missed the appointment because i never had any reminders. She charged my credit card $175. On top of the deposit i payed. She lied to me multiple times saying she would try to help me but never did. Kept making stories about being busy. Never answered messages. A whole freaking scammer. You should not be charging a whole service fee for a missed appointment if you never confirmed the appointment. Anyways I had to learned the hard way but it will be over my dead body before i book with any of you ever again.

Took a lip blush training course with Nicole. She is an amazing trainer!! I had the absolute best experience with her. She goes in depth with her teaching and answers all your questions. She is very knowledgeable with her craft and is super sweet. I highly recommend taking her training courses, I will definitely take another course with her again soon, such a pleasure learning from her!
