I’ve been coming here for a while now. I went in recently and asked for medium knotless, but when finished I was not satisfied as they looked large and not what I asked for. I did express my dislike, but didn’t make a big deal as the young lady spent 4 hours on my hair. It looked nice, just not what I wanted. Ladies, you know the feeling! The owner called me and expressed genuine concern over my dislike of my hair. She offered me several options and we settled with I would come back and get them done again, by a different stylist. I obliged. I came back about 4 weeks later and got them done again and I was BEYOND satisfied with my hair!!! I believe the owner goes by “Chi-Chi”(I could be wrong) but either way, she knows how to run a business. She went above and beyond to make sure that I left happy and satisfied with my hair. This is a great business and I would definitely recommend!!!!! They’ve got a loyal client in me.

I got knotless braids. This was my 2nd time going to this salon. I have short fine hair. The ladies have wonderful hands. Both times I loved how it came out. All the ladies at the salon were very nice . I will continue going to them. I highly recommend. Braids

I didn’t mind at all that they were speaking in another language. As a Puerto Rican that speaks Spanish people think the same about us. This was my first time at EFFIZZI and I do plan on returning because of how well my braids turned out and the efficiency of my braider, Mimi. She did an excellent job of braiding tightly but not painfully and also did a great job on my edges. I’m able to make facial expressions and put my hair up without any pain or discomfort.

First I want to say the owner or the lead stylist- not quite sure who she is but she was very nice. Most of the other stylists we very pleasant as well. All of them except my stylist. My friend and I made an appointment for 8 am and her stylist was about a half hour late-understandable but my stylist was an hour and 15 min late. She stormed in yelling, hyper, and rude. She barely spoke to me and was very unapologetic in her behavior and her tardiness. I got to a point I wrapped my things up to leave and the owner/head stylist- asked to make amends. However, she never offered any sort of discount or for someone else to do my hair but to sit with the negative energy to do my hair. I tried using the bathroom and the smell that came out of there made me gag. And to top this whole experience off the stylist went to dip my hair and used a damp brown towel that smelled like mildew. I honestly think she did it on purpose because everyone else had a red towel. I will NEVER go back to this place again!
