I have been to this establishment many times over the past several months and previously enjoyed my experience and even received good service with Jasmine. However, I went in just over a week ago and got a gel fill with the color 863. A day after visiting two nails peeled completely off, I called and booked another appointment to fix them. Since then I have been back a total of four times to have them fix the endless chipping I experienced with their polish as well as several broken nails. I haven’t been rough with my nails at all, yet they all broke doing the slightest tasks, like scratching my dogs back or grabbing a folder, for example. When I had visited the last time on Friday, I was told by Jasmine if the polish chipped once again she would fix them for me for free, and this was verified on the phone with me when I called this Monday to book the repairs. But, when I went in today to have Jasmine once again fix three broken/cracked nails and two chipped nails, I was stopped after my appointment and asked to pay and there was no getting around that. I wouldn’t have gone back for this repair if I hadn’t been promised that they would be fixed for free. I will never be coming back. This is the worst service and experience I have ever had at any nail salon in the two years I’ve been having them done. So I never have felt the need to write a bad review until today. I have been to this establishment many times over the past several months and previously enjoyed my experience and even received good service with Jasmine.
