After seeing wonderful reviews I booked my appointment but am disappointed in what I received for the cost. I figured my stylist was just out of school given all the questions she was asking about if she should cut a little here, there, if she should layer or not layer… I don’t know! I’m not a stylist! I came with some inspiration pictures and said I wanted to keep growing my hair out but need some shape- I told her I would consider a long bob because that looks good on me. Very few alterations were made with my hair and although it looked better than when I walked in… a $65 price tag on a few snips of hair and having to walk my stylist through the whole thing when I don’t even know how to cut hair is frustrating. I don’t want the stylist to take it personally, but instead- management should consider what they charge for certain stylists. In my opinion she couldn’t have been more than a year out of school. I feel robbed.

Just moved to the area, so first time client. It’s always scary trying a new salon or stylist. I booked with Maria and I’m glad I did. She was great. I’m brunette with hard to cover gray, and I love the color. She chose an amazing color. She also blow dried and styled my hair amazingly. I’ve had stylists in the past comment that I have “hard to style hair”, but it didn’t seem that way for her. It was easy and I love it. Look forward to my next appointment. I should have tipped more!

In response to the negative review, I must state that I have never had a bad comment about this stylist. She has been doing hair 30 years and is never in a hurry. Her work is excellent. She is never in impolite either. My policy is that I will respond to any unhappy client within hours. I am happy to refund or have it done again at no cost. The issue was there was not enough time allowed for what was booked online. I always suggest new clients call for their first appointment because our receptionist can adjust things as needed. The before and after is gorgeous also. If any client is not happy, I do everything needed to correct it as long as they are polite. It seems this person posts a lot of negative reviews and if they want a refund please call. We work very hard and service is as important as skills here. Thank you, Edwin

Sherilynn is a perfectionist and will give you an honest opinion every-time. She rescued my hair from a very bad stylist, ensuring I was 100% satisfied before leaving. She took extra time and everything was and is perfect! I cannot recommend this salon enough! They are all true professionals and up to date on any new techniques or styles! I also get my Brazilian blowouts here A+++

I booked an appointment online with Sherri for a cut and color, but when I got there she told me she didn’t have time for what I wanted so she did her own thing. Not at all what I wanted and she was very rude the whole time, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a salon chair because she made it very obvious that she didn’t want to be there. So now after dropping $200 on hair I didn’t even want I get to go somewhere else to have them fix what Sherri did. The shampoo girl was nice though…she was the only positive part of the whole experience.

Everyone is so friendly, the owner is amazing and incredibly kind and welcoming and the services provided are always IMPECCABLE!! Currently my daughter and I are seeing Hayley and I LOVE what she has done so far and hope to see her for years to come on my hair journey =D If I could give more than 5 Stars I would without question. No complaints!! I LOVE this place and so happy I made the switch from my previous salon. I have been coming to Edwin Paul for almost a year now and since starting myself, have also started to bring my kids as well!! Everyone is so friendly, the owner is amazing and incredibly kind and welcoming and the services provided are always IMPECCABLE!! Currently my daughter and I are seeing Hayley and I LOVE what she has done so far and hope to see her for years to come on my hair journey =D If I could give more than 5 Stars I would without question. First time visiting the salon and it was a good experience. Lindsay was my stylist and she was awesome. I had a not so great color and cut at a different salon and Lindsay recognized it right away. She was super nice, personable, professional and made the perfect corrections to get my hair looking beautiful. She was able to fit in a quick eyebrow wax while my color was processing. The check in/out staff were great too. I’ll definitely be back.
