If there is a way to give zero star I would. Mainly for the rude behaviour by Edward. I called in for an appointment and he asked me to come in at 10:30 today. I made it on time and I specifically told him for a longer bang to cover my spots. Yet, he cut shorter bangs and when I expressed a concern, he just mentioned “wait I am not finished yet”. After he finished the cut I told him that I would prefer a longer bang next time. His response “I am not taking anymore new clients”. Well I am not coming back for this attitude. Too pricey for the cut. Cut was ok.
