Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have my wedding in a couple weeks, I went to a hair salon last week to get a trim, layers and side bang(my hair was just above my butt). I have naturally curly and thick hair & the place I looked up had good reviews for curly hair cuts. Worst decision I ever made. The bangs were not blended at all as so thick, layers were completely uneven and she cut off more than I wanted. I couldn’t live another day looking at the monstrosity so I googled more salons that specialize in curly hair & found this gem. Joelle took me in and was shocked at how the other place cut my hair, but she worked her magic and it looks SO MUCH BETTER!! Needless to say I will not be going anywhere else or to anyone else but her from now on! I have my wedding in a couple weeks, I went to a hair salon last week to get a trim, layers and side bang(my hair was just above my butt). I have naturally curly and thick hair & the place I looked up had good reviews for curly hair cuts. Worst decision I ever made. BUT NO !!! Joelle is AMAZING! She did my highlights so well that it is months later and it looks brand new, she is so easy and fun to talk to i felt like ive known her my whole life! I could have stayed with her all day. I also have been looking for somewhere that doesn’t make my one eyebrow smaller when getting it waxed, and she did it PERFECTLY! Finally! Before coming here i was like ok… another awkward experience with a stranger i have to talk to while im stuck in a chair for hours and then lie that i like my hair afterwards and pay too much.
