Norma made my hair swampy green instead of platinum. I asked her to fix it and use red, rose red, or light pink toner for my hair to cancel out the green and she made my roots blue instead and left the top grotesque. She took 6 hours to get me nowhere and barely do anything. Turns out she severely overly toned my hair because she forgot about me and helped a dozen other clients instead & didn’t bother to lighten my hair enough before toning it. I tried taking out as much as I could but my roots are still blue. Every hairstylist I talked to said it could’ve been avoided if she took the necessary steps. She was careless and now my job is threatening to fire me because I have blue hair.
