I will never visit this ghetto, shady “business” again. I was a faithful customer to Edna (the owner), but clearly she does not care about her clients. She always has an attitude or gets upset when you have a suggestion or question about your hair. At the end of the day, I deal with my hair every single day. Therefore I know my hair better than you and all stylists should be open to their clients concerns. I’m really wondering where this female got her cosmetology license from because she’s very knowledge deficient about hair care and products.

I’ve been getting my hair done at Edna for about 5yrs. I never had a real complaint till now. I got my hair done there about a week ago. Just a simple press & curls. I never had a problem. Actually the service was great the time i visited in the past. Well recently my past three visites wasn’t so pleasant. The wait is like 3 to 4 hours maybe longer. I waited for 3 hours before she did my hair.They speak in Cape Verde creole about their clients. (so rude) I was a victim to such disrespect.The owner pick and chose who she going to give good service to. She the main one speaking about her non-Cape Verde clients in Cape Verde cereole. The new hair stylists they dont know how to do hair.Im not sure if the new people are qualified or even license to do hair.By the time i got home it looks like it was never press nor curled. I was so diappointed. After i spent 4 hours and my money +tip for my hair to look like the way it did. (Horrible)To put the cherry on stop she refuse to fix it. Quality does not exist in this places no more. It’s just a way to fatten someone’s pocket by providing a service and not delivering. No, these comments will not change anything about your shady establishment but I feel better.

My split ends were horrible until I found this place. She did such an amazing job that I am going there again today. This is such a surprise because out of all the salons I’ve been to none of them satisfied me except Edna’s beauty salon.
