$75 later and I don’t like it.This looks nothing like a pixie cut. They did try to correct it, still not what expected. Nice receptionist. Nice shampoo girl. Nice stylist but she had no experience. Why would you schedule a new client with a stylist who seems like she’s learning. I now have to go to another salon to rectify. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.

Stylist was very friendly, cut was okay, prices were way too steep and when I called I was quoted the “starting price” which is quite far from what the total becomes after the additional fees are added. I understand it’s a specialty cut that I had done… but I’ve gone to other salons for the same services and have paid about half for the same quality of work.

Went in and got my hair transformed by Andrea. She is a GOD!! Totally transformed my hair and was taking such great care of me highly. She bleached my hair, colored it, cut and styled. The salon itself is beautiful/clean. The receptionist is very professional and friendly, which is important as they are the first impression a new client will have of the salon.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to this salon with my hair looking a hot mess literally ! I made an appointment with Derna whom I love she fixed my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted I felt right at home there and I am so glad to have found this amazing salon ! Everyone was fantastic and friendly ! Derna is so amazing I just love her she spent a great deal of time and patience fixing my hair that a stylist at another salon here in South Florida messed up ! She took the time to come in early a few days later to do my hair for a professional photo I needed as well! This salon goes above and beyond and it makes me feel like a piece of New York is still with me ! Love all the people in that salon I have dealt with ! I am sure the others are just as great ! Caroline is easy to talk with so was Olivia who assisted Derna in washing my hair if I could I would give 1000 stars! I am so happy to have found the best salon in Palm Beach County!
