I went for mother’s day and told the stylist I was super flexible, I just wanted it to look nice. She left bleach on the back of my hair for almost 2 hours so it is extremely over processed and brittle. Then the color we agreed on didn’t take and it wasn’t until I was complaining after that she said she knew it wasn’t going to take because the front of my hair didn’t lift enough. I asked why she didn’t say anything and she said she went on to say she “wasn’t experienced enough in color to know for sure.” So unless you want to be someone’s practice head, find another shop. I did better dye jobs in myself in high school and it didn’t cost $200. Save yourself the headache of having to try to salvage your hair and just pick another shop.

Jenna was nice, but I think she’s still learning. We got my hair from jet black to nut brown, which I am genuinely pleased with. On the other hand, I asked for curtain bangs and layers. As you can see in the photos, the part and cut is uneven on my bangs. I’ve never had curtain bangs, so I desperately needed someone with expertise to take the reigns. I have no layers. We were running short on time, but she couldn’t style the bangs either.

From the time I put the appointment until I arrived the day of my appointment it was really wonderful I was very impressed with David the owner who gave me suggestions on hair color as well as hairstyle. He used quality products. I don’t live in the North Augusta area at this time but will be moving here within three or four months. He was recommended by one of his clients when I saw her in the nail shop in just adored her hairstyle. I was not disappointed and this will be my new hair salon when I return

I’ve always just colored my hair at home, but my hair had become an absolute mess from lack of upkeep and neglect. Decided to try Edge because of the great reviews. Tina Randall did my hair. She was fantastic. From her personality, to her ability, I couldn’t have asked for better. Had a baylage color melt with dark brown and red tips. I’ve definitely found someone who knows what she’s doing. She gave great advice for my dry ends and how to properly maintain the color until my next visit. Very happy
