I walked in for a hair cut, and one of the employees told me to come back in 30 minutes. I said ok, so I came back 30 minutes later. The employee told me once again to wait, so I sat down not knowing how much longer until I can get a haricut. I noticed that the employee was cutting another employees hair. Are you serious??? Both employees were worried about their own hair, rather than their clients. I was so furious, but managed to get my hair cut after a long wait. Every salon was closed that day, so if I had other choices. I would never go back to this salon again. They don’t care about customer service. I also did not tip the employee who did my haircut. Lost my business.
