The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Nobody greets you… Frankly, NOBODY even acknowledged the fact that you are there. The salon is uninviting and dirty. It was a blessing to me that my appointment was not even in the books of my “so called” stylist anyways. I left and found another very nice close, professional salon. For the record my appointment was with Marissa, who was beyond rude and apparently does not need any new business. BTW… Her hair looked like S$#T!!! SO HAPPY SHE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

So the salon itself is really nice, but I had a terrible experience with Leigh Ann. After showing her several pictures, I sat down, took my glasses off and she proceeded to give me a haircut almost completely unlike what I had wanted or asked for. Going home, washing and trying to style it, I realized that she had cut it in such a way that it will only do one thing. There’s no alternate ways to style it. Even the bangs are shorter on one side so they can’t even be brushed forward. I called and tried to see about doing something different only to find that with the way she had cut it, even she admitted we could only go super short and flat. I wouldn’t recommend her at all. I feel like if a stylist doesn’t think a picture you show will work with your hair then they should talk to you about it rather than decide to give you something else, ESPECIALLY if it’s a cut that will only be different if it’s close to shaved.
