Horrible. I called to ask general questions on behalf of my son. I do not know barber terms well and was simply asking questions that my son had written down. The woman who I am assuming to be the owner as she never did identify herself was terribly rude and unprofessional. My family was simply looking for a great local barber and I was trying to do the leg work for them. Her reaction to my questions were childish and super unprofessional. Not a good look to the other businesses that my family have come to know and support in the town of Groveport.
