Made two trips to get a haircut between three days period during business hours and I was told that he is not taking anyone in for the day. I usually go there as soon as they open so I’m unsure of how busy they can get. I’m always provided with fast, friendly service. I never have to correct the barber over mistakes and I’m always happy with outcome. The price, in my opinion, is a bit much especially for someone like me with hair that usually gets buzzed, but it’s better service and a better cut than some of the the local spots so I gladly pay it.

Critical: QualityI try to be kind and understanding but I am very upset with how I was taken care of. I figured the haircut was good enough? But after showering and styling my hair is very uneven. The barber cut my hair in about ten minutes and you can tell it is a ten minute hair cut. Uneven, asked for a fade and i got blocks instead of a fade. I am hoping i can get someone to fix my hair because it just can not be left like this.I called and asked if I could have it shaped up and someone told me that it is their policy that if you leave the shop they will not fix it. I was there less than 24 hours ago. I had to go home shower and style my hair only then to see how uneven it truly is. This is unbelievably horrible customer service. If you want a good haircut that is affordable and the workers care, DO NOT GO HERE. I talked to the manager and I told him the situation and he told me that if I wanted to get it fixed the same barber would HAVE TO MAKE THE DECISION IF HE WANTS TO FIX IT? This is so wild I literally can not believe this. Why in the world would I want the same guy fixing my hair that messed it up in the first place? Truly unbelievable. I will be calling back everyday until I get in contact with the owner and the better business bureau will be hearing about this as well. Does Ashton Kutcher work there?
