This was my fourth time coming to Eden Nails, and every experience has been great! Usually I make my appointments without suggesting anyone, and this time I got put with Cedar. I’ve been to Eden nails before, but today was the worst experience there and I will not be going again. I was getting a gel manicure and the tech cut me while cleaning my cuticles. My nail bed bled for 20+ minutes. At one point, to try and stop the bleeding, she put nail glue on my skin to see if it would stop. I told her that it wouldn’t work and asked for some water to clean my nail because there was dried blood everywhere. She then put alcohol which burned so much. She tried to tell me it wasn’t bleeding anymore (but it was) and began putting top coat and blood was getting all over the nail brush and THEN put bloody brush in the top coat bottle. It was horrifying. I told her to just stop because I had been there for 30+ minutes. The tech asked the manager what to do and I tried telling the manager that it kept bleeding and I should just leave. She completely ignored me. She didn’t even apologize or acknowledge what was happening. The tech insisted I could finish the manicure and when I told her I chose a light pink color and there was blood all over that would show, she suggested choosing a darker color. As I was leaving, the bleeding picked up again so the manager was forced to give me a bandaid and then said “sorry” but that was it. Literally nothing else. I understand that techs can accidentally hurt you when cleaning your cuticles but this was beyond normal. It was the fact that she was using dirty tools to try to stop the bleeding then put the bloody nail brush back in the polish. It was horrible.

I recently started coming here for pedicures only and am so happy with the services received. They have so many spa pedicure options… they always take their time and do a great job. Went for a gel manicure, wanted to try a new place, she proceeded to take my old gel off with the drill, I asked why she is doing it that way, doesn’t it weaken my natural nails, she said no, I hardly file, very gentle, it will be fine. My nails are paper thin now. And on top of that, the gel manicure is $28, but if you pay by credit card it is $32??? I can see charging the 3%, but almost 15% for using a credit card??? I will not be back. I will stick with TLC, they are great!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The young lady who runs the business is extremely rude. I ended up giving her a second chance and went a second time. The second time , I went outside for a moment to my car as I waited over 5 minutes In the chair for her… I made sure to let her coworker know I’d be back in 30 seconds and the rude woman goes to look for me outside and starts yelling outside in her language . When we get in and sit down , she Grabs my hand and very roughly starts filing my nails.

The place is very modern & my nails came out nice. I been here twice the first time was great however, the second time I was in the middle of a phone call upon check out & in the mix of me signing the receipt I noticed I forgot my wallet I was planning on coming back with the techs tip in cash before I could say anything she rudely said “your not going to tip me?”

I’ve been here once and I’ll never go back. I got a gel mani and pedi but my toes were painted orange instead of the pink that was painted onto my nails. I pointed it out to the lady doing my toes and she got very upset. After going back and forth she finally fixed it but was going off to her colleague the entire time. Too bad I couldn’t understand what she was saying! I’ll never go back they made me feel very uncomfortable. I am paying for a service, do it right and it you mess up a simple sorry will be more than enough for me.

Jay was very rough and seemed bothered to do my pedicure. He rushed removed gel and did total pedicure in 15 minutes. Waste of money!!! I could have just had the polish changed for what he did. Pedicure
