Critical: CommunicationFor years I received my mani and pedicures services with this business and I was pleased. The past couple years, however, that began to change in a negative way. They schedule a lot more than they can handle, making you wait before your scheduled appointment (defeating the purpose of a scheduling an appointment). For years I received my mani and pedicures services with this business and I was pleased. The past couple years, however, that began to change in a negative way. They schedule a lot more than they can handle, making you wait before your scheduled appointment (defeating the purpose of a scheduling an appointment). Critical: QualityThis was my first time coming to this nail salon and it will be the last. My nails look too chunky and look like a child has painted them. The lady who did my nails made me bleed multiple times. One of my nails were broken so I needed to redo it and I had to pay $3 extra for one nail. This was my first time coming to this nail salon and it will be the last. My nails look too chunky and look like a child has painted them. The lady who did my nails made me bleed multiple times. One of my nails were broken so I needed to redo it and I had to pay $3 extra for one nail. Not to mention I had to pay extra for changing the shape of my nails. The staff were friendly but the service was poor.

Very unhappy with today’s service. The gentleman that worked on my mom kept getting up helping customers who needed to pay with his gloves on. He rushed through her pedicure when I asked him why he didn’t complete the pedicure as stated on the package he said he did which was a complete lie he did not use the hot stones or do the 10 minute massage. She had a piece of skin missing from her foot from the callus remover tool. Very disappointed with his service.

My daughter called to make an appointment to get one nail fixed today. They told her to come in at 11 o’clock. She got there she told them why she was there. The girl she spoke to asked her if she wanted a pedicure. my daughter said no. She spoke with another employee not in English and then told my daughter come back in 40 minutes I’m not done, or come back tomorrow. Wow not good customer service at all.

David, the manager, is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was not able to relax on what was supposed to be a relaxing visit to the “spa,” because everything he was doing was being done way too fast with no care. He wreaked of cigarettes, was obviously ill as I was being coughed on and constantly hearing him hack up and then swallowing his spit, he couldn’t cut my nails for sh*t, a few were very noticeably off-center, and he filed some thinner than others, then when he was painting them he didn’t clean up the edges of my cuticles with the polish remover leaving them looking like they were painted by a child, and finally at the end of my visit he actually called the job he had done ugly, but with an attitude like it was my fault? If what he’s going to do, is treat customers like they’re simply in the way of his next smoke break, maybe customer service isn’t a place he should be working in. All the ladies were extremely kind, helpful, and sincerely cared about the service being given to us. I should’ve asked for someone else to do the job, because this guy is nothing but an unprofessional *sshole.

I started coming to this place for my nails after being disappointed with the other 2 places in Tujunga, they do my nails all the time without telling me to come back in an hour and that’s what I like about them.
