Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had my eyebrows done by Sara. today was my third visit with her. she is so sweet, outgoing and very professional. you will never have a reason to leave her salon unhappy with her services because she goes out of her way to make sure your happy. I would not go anywhere else to have my brows done. I highly recommend her.

Critical: QualityWorst hair cut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I could have cut my own hair with kitchen scissors better, my friend even thought I did cut my own hair when I sent her a picture. I am not attached to my hair at all, normally a bad hair cut wouldn’t bother me but this lady could not have messed up my hair more it’s horrible. I did not want bangs, and it told her she could put a little bit of layers but I wanted it more all one length and showed her pictures of what I wanted and this is not it. Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I could have cut my own hair with kitchen scissors better, my friend even thought I did cut my own hair when I sent her a picture. I am not attached to my hair at all, normally a bad hair cut wouldn’t bother me but this lady could not have messed up my hair more it’s horrible. I did not want bangs, and it told her she could put a little bit of layers but I wanted it more all one length and showed her pictures of what I wanted and this is not it. Photos on Yelp.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy wife decided it was time to get her hair done so she went back to eden . She had a picture of what she wanted and it was definitely do able simple highlights. So 3 and a half hours later she gets done. Now in this 3 hour process the women died her roots because apparently the color takes better on untouched hair sounds believable except for the fact it looks just like it did when she went in the place. I’m assuming to up charge. she finely gets done with the foil and takes it out the lady highlighted her hair and lighter brown she did not want brown high lights on her naturally brown hair. She wanted blonde. Long story short they told her before making the appointment it was going to be one price then charged us a substantial amount more then it was supposed to be. My wife cried Not only Because it was nothing like she asked for but the fact that she told the lady what we could afford before making the appointment. The Getting told it was 100 dollars more then what it was supposed to be and give her no choice but to pay it and took every bit of extra cash we had. I’m sorry but we have a 6 month old child. You don’t take people’s money you don’t do something like that because you can. Or do something like that at all. And it’s funny because she called a few hours before the appointment and said she could get her in early because she had a cancellation. Seems to me some one needed to make up that lost income.
