So my first experience here was fine. I came in and the couldn’t find my appointment but quickly got me in, I received a wonderful foot message and a full set of acrylic nails. Everything went smoothly so I decided to make another appointment for a refill and a pedicure only 2 weeks later. One of my acrylic nails popped off a week after getting my nails done but I was on vacation so I couldn’t have it fixed right away then a few days later another one popped off. (I’ve had acrylic nails my entire life and rarely lost one let alone two after only 2 weeks) So now I’m back for my second appointment and once again they don’t have me scheduled. The girl in the front argues with me and tells me I didn’t schedule it with them even though I had scheduled it in person so that makes no sense. They embarrassed me then sat me down for my pedicure gave me a terrible pedicure(I still paid the girl an $8 tip) then they had me wait 30 mins before doing my nails. I patiently waited and eventually they started on my nails. While waiting they had spotted lantern fly on the floor right next to me and no one would get rid of it. They kept looking down laughing at it. It was bizarre. Finally nails are done so I go pay they charge me an extra $5 per nail that fell off which was annoying but whatever. Then I hand the woman who did my nails her tip which was $8 she looks up at me and goes “only $8” “I have to split with her” points to girl who did my pedicure and I continued to tell her I already gave her a tip so that was just for her. Honestly it was extremely disgusting the behavior and treatment. I never write bad reviews but they really upset me and will never go back.

Went for the first time today and I couldn’t be happier! It’s modern and clean they did an amazing job updating the old place. and they have many many colors to choose from! Got exactly what I asked for! My nails look great as well as my daughter’s. Looking forward to our next appointment! Highly recommend! Gel manicures, Nail art

I only gave this place two stars because the updates are beautiful. However, from the initial phone call to them to when you walk in the door, there is poor customer service. I was in the middle of choosing a color and had the selections yanked out my hand. I had gone in for dip powder and pedicure. The dip powder was horrible and done by an inexperienced young lady. The pedicure was not great either, very disappointing! I should have gotten up and left when another client came in to complain and the young man working there did not even want to acknowledge the complaint.

For starters they haven’t had their grand opening yet and they were able to squeeze me in on a Friday with no appointment. The place is spotless and gorgeous. Tiffany did an amazing job with my UV gel and my pedicure is perfect. I can’t wait to go back in two weeks! Gel manicures

Worst mani/Pedi I ever had. They don’t greet you when you walk in the door. They also don’t say goodbye when you l leave. They are all on their phones The girl didn’t communicate at all, just tapped my leg when she wanted me to do something. My nail polish peeled in one day. I have 2 cuts on my hand from her scrubbing my hands so hard.

Not happy with my nails, Cut them too short when I said keep them alittle long and got french manicure in which I said mostly white. Didnt happen, I will stick with Regal Nails in Booton . Does them exactly how you want them Gel manicures

Beautiful salon but hit or miss customer service and skill level here. Take your chances. Also, they may not open on time in the morning.
