I’m a on my feet in work boots all day long kinda guy so I like to take care of my feet. I also like a good pedicure.. this establishment did a great job. I usually stay towards LR but I ventured out and glad I did. They are very spacious with 10 pedicure massage chairs. Multiple manicure tables and even a nice wax room from what I could tell. But sterilized tools in new bags by each station is nice to see…

This was my first time coming here and I would say that my overall experience was nice. We came here for a girls day and the nail technicians were really friendly. My cuticles have never been this clean (they’re usually all torn up after getting my nails done at other places.) The older gentleman that did a couple of our nails did a nice job. It wasn’t exactly what we were going for, but they ended up pretty cute, besides being a bit rushed. But the lady that did our other party’s nails did an awesome job with their nails and the art. The only complaint really, was that some of the nails were rushed. Just spending about 5 more minutes on the nails could’ve helped with the overall opaqueness on the black nails, and the lining on the yellow and black nails. The experience and atmosphere of Eden’s was very nice.

Thought I had found my go to salon. I’ve called to make appointments from my very first visit and even brought my mom and sister-in-law in for nails too. My sister in laws set she was unhappy with and started going to another salon. My first set was very thick and poorly done. The process was rushed and like other reviews mentioned they didn’t wash the shavings off. Filing was aggressive. I gave them a second chance and went back for a fill in. The results were much better. Had my nails filled twice more and attempted to schedule myself and my mom for a return visit this weekend/week. I inquired about several different dates (being mindful of the holiday and having asked when they were observing) and was told they don’t have time. My last visit they were rushing through our appointment to close early and when driving by Saturday afternoon they were closed before time stated in the phone conversation. Since this business seems more interested in cutting corners and closing early I will take my money elsewhere. Disappointing.

Was rushed in and out when no one was even there. Little guy with hat that said I love beer was so cute but he did a terrible job. Had clear coat only and it was very little polish peeled off in a couple days no filing. The worst was someone else’s old nail was on the cloth he was doing mine on. Very disappointing …. a waste of money. I have my nails done faithful and have never been so disappointed in a salon was looking for someone closer to home, guess I will continue to drive to cabot and go to my normal where u get a good job and they last until your nails grow out..

I went for my birthday with a few of my friends and the people were so rude. They didn’t do what I asked for and they made them way to long. There was one girl who was nice and after we were talking about how we all wish we got her because all the other people were rude. I don’t recommend this place and I’m definitely not going back. Had an appointment at 9 am. In parking lot and walked through the door at 9:04 and they gave my appointment to someone else. The time before that I waited 45 minutes for my appointment. The time before that, the person giving me my pedicure cut my skin by my toe. I’ve given this business more than enough opportunities.

They are the best, hands and feet down. Not only are they very talented, they have the best prices. They don’t rush you and make sure that they give you the best experience! Sometimes, appointments do run over but that’s because they are taking care of their customer’s needs and making sure that they have healthy hands and feet. If you end up waiting, it’s okay because they will take the exact same time and care for you as they did for the person before you. They don’t give appointments away, never have. Their skills are impeccable as is their level of customer service. They are the nicest, most caring shop and will go out of their way for the customers. Please try them out. Once you do, you will not be wanting to go anywhere else. They have people who drive from over an hour away because they are the best! I know, because I have met quite a few of them. Even with gas prices going so high, they still come, and that says a lot about Eden Nails!

This is the most accommodating place ever. Kim is my go to person. Very sweet and professional. She and her husband Shawn both do an amazing job. I had a broken thumb with a wrist cast, and Kim was still able to make my nails look amazing. I will never use another nail salon. I recently moved about 30 miles away, but I will continue to only use Kim at Eden Nails.

I’m new in town and super excited to be here. So the fact that I found this place with how picky I am with my nails was a relief. The experience was amazing and will make this my permanent go to place.

I’ve been going here since they first opened. I don’t really do nails much but I mainly went to get my eyebrows done. Anyways, I went in yesterday (no make-up on) and the wax she put on me was Burning Hot and some of my skin was ripped off my right eyebrow and a little in the middle. I wouldn’t be so frustrated, but this is like the 5th or 6th time this has happened. I’ve always tried giving the benefit of the doubt, but I’m actually in a lot of pain and I really don’t want to go out in public and people see me like this. I’m sorry, I would just suggest that people go elsewhere to get their brows done.
