Just have to communicate what you want. They are very friendly and nice. Some rhinestones are the wrong size in places and not set right. The blue V could be more equal. Went there for individual lashes. The attendant must have used cement glue. I had to go back and soak , to get them off. It took an hour to soak them off. Never get your lashes there.

Terrible experience. Called ahead but still had to wait well over an hour with zero check-ins. I was fed up and about to leave but they made me stay. I finally got my nails done in record time – which is not a good thing. My gel manicure PEELED OFF the next day. The next day!!!! Gel should last for literally weeks until you have to file it off!!! Terrible experience. Will never be back. Would give zero stars if I could.
