I called to schedule an appointment a few hours in advance, and they were able to call me 15 minutes before my appointment and get me in early. Everyone there was very friendly and the environment was very soothing. I was placed with Tim and he paid attention to every little detail like I have never seen anyone do before. My nails look literally perfect. I went here last night and it was by far the best nail place I’ve been to. I called to schedule an appointment a few hours in advance, and they were able to call me 15 minutes before my appointment and get me in early. Everyone there was very friendly and the environment was very soothing. I was placed with Tim and he paid attention to every little detail like I have never seen anyone do before. My nails look literally perfect. I am very happy with this experience and will be going there every time I get my nails done!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called to see if they were busy. I was told to come in. I arrived in 10 minutes and there was only one customer with 3 employees. 2 ladies with appointments came in just as the polish was being soaked off of my nails. I was put in another chair to wait for 20 minutes or so which would not have been such a big deal if they hadn’t told me to come in. The lady who did my dip manicure cut all of my cuticles with the drill. 3 have visible blood on them and trimmed the cuticles so quickly that she poked my fingers several times with the cuticle clippers. Both took their time and were particular with their work. My dip manicure looks very natural and not too thick! I will be going back!! Very relaxing!!
