They were very nice and everything was clean and sanitary but the work was not well done. The shapes were not even. The nails were curved like talons and they were very flat when shaved. At first they were very bumpy and i had to ask a different tech to remove the bumps but then they were just FLAT. and the design was very rushed since they had multiple people waiting. $65 for this.

The nicest people, but that’s kind of the bare minimum in any business. I have tried them a few times but I find it hard to want to go back. Extremely Limited nail color options, which is a huge part of the process. Also my nails were breaking constantly. I would go back out of convenience in a tight spot but this won’t be my regular spot.

Over priced. Terrible job. Worst nail job i’ve ever had. Acrylics are crooked and I asked for gel paint and I got regular. Art skills are terrible, I asked for a small heart on 4 nails and took over half an hour of her messing up, and it didn’t look good in the end.

Very nice people. They are friendly and super talented. I’ve been coming here for years and love the way my nails look when done. It’s my favorite nail place in the Bartlett area, and I’ve tried several. They offer myriad options to fit an array of budgets. They even have a mini spa chair for kids (butterfly shape) if you’re like me and have a child who also wants to get her toes done on occasion.

My nails were not that great looking to start. One was very crooked and I tried to explain but she didn’t understand I guess. The flower design was very simple and not done well. I got a powder dip and less then a week later 3 were cracked. I also got a pedicure and it wasn’t as good as other places. She didn’t really massage and didn’t scrub my feet. They still felt rough after.

Absolutely amazing! The first time I went there was because another salon in Bartlett told me they would fix my nails after messing up, and I needed a fill after 3 days. They refused to fix.
