The lady was extremely judgmental the entire time so I just stopped caring, I hadn’t had my nails done in years so was just hoping for a simple process. I wish I could get my $50 back. Very bad experience the worst I ever had I have been getting gel manicure for 3 years and I never had a single crack and it’s only been a week since I had my gel manicure done and all the nails start cracking, when I went to them they said it’s normal and that they only last for 2 weeks and it normal for gel manicure to get cracked after 1week however I am not doing much with my nails and usually mine lasts for 3 weeks to one month as my nails grow slow. When I went there to talk to them one talked to me and she was very rude and refused to tell me her name and she said that she is the manager I don’t believe her as she really didn’t care at all

I’ve been coming here for 10 years, and have not written a review. This salon deserves 5 stars from me. I have worked with every nail tech, they are all exceptional. I lived 5 minutes from the salon most of my life, but recently moved 30 minutes away. I tried a few salons closer to my new home but nothing compares. I will happily drive to get quality acrylics.

I arrived on my Scheduled time for my first visit with this salon, I asked for the best nail tech available to do my dip, I explained these were my natural nails and I wear them long. Well, the tech cut them way too short, and proceeded to cut my skin on two nails which caused me to bleed. The service was rushed and Definitely not the best.

I went to have a gel manicure and pedicure on Saturday and by Wednesday one of my gel nail polish started chipping and by Friday (yesterday) thee nailpolished chipped which in turn made my nails chip. I called this morning to ask how long is a gel nailpolish is supposed to last and they said typically 2 weeks but it can be a couple of days depending on what I do at home (do I wash a lot and use water etc). So I said, so basically your gel nailpolish is like a regular one and she said no, should be two weeks. Now, I don’t wash or put my hands under water a lot. I just type all day at work so I don’t think that should cause this. This is why I don’t like getting my nails done, to pay so much for a couple days is not worth it, in my opinion.
