Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to get my nails done and i called to make sure they could take me. They said yes and i went at the time they told me. they sat me down and took forever to even get me started, meanwhile their staff was messing around with each other and i was simply waiting. When i got up to leave they had someone take over and do them. Keep in mind i had gone to this place before and they do beautiful nails; however they are so weak and break off so easily to the point it doesn’t even hurt. I stopped going for that reason as well as how the polish chips very fast. I needed my nails done for an event which is why i went to the first one that had availability. Guess what? two days later my nail broke off when i picked up a ball. I didn’t even realize until i saw my nails. I called and went in the next day to get the nail fixed expecting only to tip the person who fixed my nail. wrong they had the nerve to try and charge me when They should take responsibility since it had only been 2 days. I told her and received a nasty attitude. I know a couple of people who have said the same thing about how their nails don’t last. Please don’t waste your time and money. I went to get my nails done and i called to make sure they could take me. They said yes and i went at the time they told me. they sat me down and took forever to even get me started, meanwhile their staff was messing around with each other and i was simply waiting.
