What I asked for VS What I got… the guy that did my nails was hostile, my friend sat next to me just to chat while I was getting my nails done & if I would even laugh in the slightest he would reposition my hand as if to say “don’t move your hand” (when I was making sure to keep my hand still and be considerate of his work) it was awkward as if being in a good mood was annoying him. At that point I didn’t feel comfortable with his energy I felt like a bother to him & I could tell by his work he wasn’t having it. At that point if I told him the French nails weren’t coming out how the picture showed I feel like he would’ve just been over it, So I didn’t say anything cause at that point I just wanted him to be done cause I could tell he wasn’t in the mood. I had to pay for a full set acrylic & paying $35 extra for the design “French” which he didn’t achieve as you can see. Maybe he was just having a bad day idk. But I paid $90 for this set. HANDS ONLY. $90. Because I asked for French 🙂 do with that information as you please.

Horrible experience pedicure rush rush rush she only gave me one brush. Before exiting noticed the nails were damage went back to tell them right on the spot were told I have to wait because they were busy. She comes to fix it and did like a 3 years old doing it. They act like my money doesn’t worth. The lady that did my manicure did a good job, pedicure was very baddd. They should be embarrassed. I gave them 64.00 I will make sure that everyone know at the University see it.

Since they moved to a new place across the street I figured I’d give it a try once more, even after countless disappointments in the old location. Come to have the worst experience.. I walked out with plastic tips on my nails after the nail tech upcharges me 15$ for a “hard shape”, then shapes terribly and when I said something he throws his stuff onto the desk and says “I’m not doing your nails”, then proceeds to the front desk to charge me !!!! I walked out at this point, but then am chased outside to cut the plastic off, as if I wouldn’t just rip them off when I got in the car since the whole shape was off only got through one hand ! terrible terrible service worst attitudes, and not good products used anyway. NOT worth expensive prices they add on as well

For the price you would expect satisfied but we weren’t at all. at the end they demanded tip and insisted if we pay card or cash for the tip. I normally don’t have a problem for tipping but overall these two pedicures were a mess. Terrible my toes don’t even have shape at all ridiculous , Came with my friend and the person that did her toes didn’t clean up nail polish around the cuticle. the person only cleaned it after they noticed my friend was cleaning them up herself. For the price you would expect satisfied but we weren’t at all. at the end they demanded tip and insisted if we pay card or cash for the tip. Used to be good but once they changed locations it’s not the same. Went in to get acrylic tips and there were air bubbles and bumps/uneven. I did get a pedicure done same day with regular polish and that had no problem. So it depends on who you see. I wouldn’t go back for tips however

i’ve gone here only 2 times with a family member. first time i was genuinely happy with my nails and they lasted about two and a half weeks. however, when i went for my second time, the polish came off in about 5 days. i was disappointed. they also weren’t the color i wanted. i picked out a nice, light sea blue, but instead got a horrific neon green color. it’s also a bit pricey for just a regular pedicure with no gel. and not to be rude, but it makes me a little uncomfortable when the employees start talking in their language to one another. i usually feel like they’re talking about me, but that’s not really my biggest concern. i might give them another try in the future

I’ve been coming to Eden Nails for years. The owner always had a sourpuss face but the workers were always pleasant. Since this new move the whole atmosphere and the attitudes of the staff has changed. Everything is rushed and they are desperate for money! The way they attack and clamor over you, you would think they are not paid a salary by the management and their total salary is dependent on the customer. If you don’t tip them the amount they feel they should get they mumble under their breath and talk to each other in their language . As beautiful has this new place is I wish they had stayed in the old place with quality work and good customer service.
