Seems like the comments are either they really love the place or really hate it and ultimately I think it’s because they have a preference over their customers. We’re not all treated equally and it’s sad because they are immigrants that should know what it is to be discriminated. Great pedi. Terrible customer service, always rude and it’s like you’re asking for a favor instead of paying for a service. Also disgustingly overpriced. Taking the time to write this because I’ve tried giving them multiple chances but it’s always the same experience and I appreciate feedback for my business (good or bad). Also, went there an hour before closing for a quick regular pedi and they turned me away, but saw another lady go in after me and they received her. Fix your hours in google, if you do not receive people after certain hours then you’re not open at those times, be real.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Whoever they have working at the front desk is extremely rude, and has horrible people skills, and horrible customer service . After getting my service done (gel mani & design) I went to the counter to pay… she asked if I was leaving a tip in which I responded “yes”. I went to leave the nail tech a $5 tip, and the receptionist stated that it is not enough. I was completely taken back by this… however I was too embarrassed to even speak up being that she was doing this in-front of all the other customers. Although, I promised myself I wouldn’t use their services again b/c of such treatment I did in fact give them another chance. This previous Sunday I went in for a manicure and gel pedicure… as I went to sit to do my pedicure the SAME receptionist came up to me in-front of the entire salon and said the nail tech will not do my nails b/c of the issue from last time. I was confused b/c there wasn’t a true issue besides the fact of the receptionist saying I should tip more the $5 for a gel manicure.I again have never been more humiliated in my entire life… to say I caused a issue in a public place. At that point after her making such a loud / bold statement I could not sit there for a pedicure so I just left. I am taking this further b/c I feel the receptionist was targeting me & this very well maybe a more racially profound issue.

First, whoever is the lady in the front is very rude, has no greeting formality at all need to learn how to treat customers.So it all started that I call saying I was being late for my appointment I was stuck in traffic. I walk in apologize and ask if that can still take me. The lady in the front just say something in her language to someone and continue to text on her phone. I just waited there like hello gonna say something to me or not. I was sated down and some other girl began working on me. I took as yes they can still do my mail for me but unfortunately she was rushing just because it was little bit more then a hour before closing, they could have told me to reschedule my appointment instead of taking me in and rushing the job. The nails were left thick which I didn’t like. I wanted a cute design for my nails but They told me “no we don’t have time for it” If I am paying for your service shouldn’t I get what I want on my nails.Force me to just pick a color and that’s it. She finished and still had 15 minutes before they close which was unbelievable unacceptable.I could have gotten the design I wanted. If they didn’t want to take me because there wasn’t enough time to do my nails then they should have just told me or ask me to reschedule This was very unprofessional. Lastly they are overly priced. Will not be coming back.

Love this place! Eva, is legit my favorite girl! She has been a nail tech for years and it shows in her work since the nails usually last me 3 weeks (depends on my workouts). They are so kind and I take my 93 year old Grammie and they treat her very well.

Critical: QualityI come here often and for the past two years… Went for a pedicure came out with an infection in my toe. Had to have my toenail partially removed. Doctor said it came from the equipment not being clean. Take my advice, don’t come here. . Getting your toenail removed isn’t pleasant. I never thought in my life that something like this would happen at a place like this. Doctor said it came from the equipment not being clean. Take my advice, don’t come here. . Getting your toenail removed isn’t pleasant. I never thought in my life that something like this would happen at a place like this. So disappointing.

Prior to covid, I loved the pedicures I was getting at this salon but that was with one particular girl who I requested. Now my last 2 pedicures were horrible. The operators were inexperienced, and also using New throw away cheap and small utensils. I complained but without any satisfaction. Customer service and appreciation is the worst. I normally get a gel manicure and it’s decently priced in comparison to the other salons near me. They’re gel color selection is amazing, and they have very trendy colors too. Critical: ValuePrior to the pandemic, I would go in frequently for a regular pedicure, which would last for about 25/30 minutes. I enjoyed this place. I made an appointment today for a regular pedicure. It was a 30 minute time slot. The woman who did my pedicure spent less than 18 minutes on my feet (5 of which were spent fussing around with towels and chatting with co-workers). I asked why she was rushing and spent very little time and her response was “if you paid for the spa pedi, it would have been longer”. I’m sorry, but who can do a quality pedicure in 15 minutes?? Not this place!! I voiced my complaint the front desk as well and all I got was “oh!
