Went there for the first time two weeks ago. My gel nails didn’t even last three days before the actual nail started bending and the paint started coming off. Went in for a fix and they didn’t even fix the actual nail just filed it and repainted the ones that weren’t painted. Then said I cannot come in for any more fixes. They pick and choose who they want to provide good service for. I’m not sure her name but she was not friendly either appointment I had with her. Was annoyed I wasn’t satisfied with her service and wanted them to fix them. Not worth the trip or money in my opinion.

I havebeen here 3 times.. th first timw Sunny cut me..but I gave her the benefit..of the doubt..2nd time it was ok..today..she opened a gausher on my pinky finger. I am still bleeding at home she was upset.. because I was cutting my nails short..I have pictures..of what what is a horribe gel job my nails are round on obe sise semi square ob the other..I asked shot square round corners. not a great place….if you are lioking to make it a stead pkace to go to only one person does gel. .. she is always very tense…

I had used this salon for several years with no problems. When I returned, post closure, much had changed. Many regular employees are gone. I was given a new person for a pedicure, she proceeded to abrade my foot to the point of bleeding. I was ready to leave then, but gave them one more chance with someone recommended to me. She was great! I made a follow up appointment with her for today. When I arrived, I was seated and a stranger came to do my pedicure. I was informed that the employee I made the reservation with did not work on Monday. Bait & switch. Lost my business for good.

A total rip off. Charging $5 per broken nail then when the go to “fix it” they either don’t even do anything or add a tiny bit of nail glue. Filing it very thin and it is very painful with the drill. I cut cut and burned around 5 times in one sitting. Angel Tips in Garwood is far more better.

Eden is also very welcoming and clean – there is a masseuse who comes around to provide massages while you get your nails done and I absolutely love that. I have been coming here ever since I moved to Westfield 3 years ago. I’ve tried many other places in town and I keep coming back to Eden. Rosa the nail tech does a phenomenal job at manicures (Sunny too) very attention detail oriented and sweet to talk to! Carmen is my go-to pedicure tech. I always call ahead to make an appt for the time I need and they have always fit me in in a pinch. In a post covid world they have taken all the precautions to make you feel comfortable.

Clean, expensive, friendly staff…initially, until me & my 87 year old mom accidentally messed up two of our nails each while they were still wet. Then staff became irritated and made us wait approximately 20 minutes before repairing them. The repairs were quick, sloppy and looked so bad we both removed everything within 2 days. We had specifically chosen Eden Nail & Spa based on all the good reviews they’ve received. Sadly, still searching for our favorite, forever nail salon in the area…
