AMAZING ^_^ Nothing but good things to say about Eden. I went to three other places before discovering this gem. I always felt rushed (mani in 15 minutes?!) and felt those places were very factory-style that wasn’t inviting. At Eden, everyone is so kind and very welcoming every time I go in there. I’m always well taken care of and end up laughing in conversation with who ever is doing my nails. Such a great atmosphere and will remain my go-to as long as I’m in the Triangle. I highly recommend this place!

Nails look great! Amber did my nails and she is obviously very skilled. I liked the shape and quality, but I was disappointed with the service. I thoroughly looked through the website and noticed that there were a lot of extra charges for add-ons (which makes sense) so I wanted to make sure to get the basic $55 start for the dip powder on my own real nail and nothing else.

Amber did my nails. She did a efficient and good job on my nails but the colors that she picked out were drastically different from the ones I showed her (as shown in the pictures). When I first came in, they told me to pick the colors out myself. Since I wasn’t familiar with the products they’ve been using (because as with many nail polishes, after you apply multiple layers on the nails, the color looks really different from what appears on the bottle), I decided to ask Amber to pick it out for me. After she saw the picture I gave her, she grabbed two bottles from the shelf and started the process.

I was very disappointed in the level of overpriced service. And I was charged $10 more than my daughter was charged for the same manicure and pedicure options. When I called back to inquire why, I was told that the extra $$ was for longer time and more work, since it had been six weeks from my last pedicure. (My daughter’s last pedicure was at the same time as mine). She and I had the same services at Eden; mine started after hers and was finished sooner. The prices are way higher there than at other area salons, and the quality is no better. We won’t be going back.

I’ve been to Eden Nail Bar three times now to have a dip powder manicure with Amber. Every time I leave, I love my nails! Amber does such a nice job and checks in throughout the process to make sure I’m happy. The best part is that she does such a good job that the manicure looks great for 3-4 weeks — much longer than anywhere else I’ve been! I’ll keep going back to Eden Nail Bar for my manicures with Amber!
