Critical: QualityWithin one week of my step daughter getting her First time Acrylic nails one popped off. Within the second week one more popped off and a third one broke (as you can see the nails are not long enough to break so easily). Upon return when advising of this the woman who did them (normally the one who answers the phones) says she will not reduce the price on all three but just for one. I advised that I’ve always gotten my nails done (not at this establishment) and my nails would last WEEKS and at the minimum 2 and even then they did not “pop” off. The woman refused to reduce the cost and stated it could happen from washing your hands a lot which is ridiculous since again I have had acrylics many times and I wash my hands so much. Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been coming to this salon on & off for almost 10 years due to distance(about an hour drive). Every chance I get, I specifically make an appointment with Lourdes or Isabel. They are both phenomenal!Today, I walk in for a very overdue appointment and I’m told that the appointment(regular manicure & spa pedicure) I made two weeks ago is supposed to be tomorrow at 5pm. I let the person know that, they must have incorrectly made my appointment because I have an event tomorrow therefore this appointment was purposely made for today. I was given the option of someone else doing my “GEL MANICURE” and Lourdes can do my spa pedicure. Clearly, not only was my appointment date incorrectly marked down but so was one of the services that I requested. Since I only get services done with either Lourdes or Isabel, I now have to WAIT until Lourdes is done before I am able to be attended.This is unacceptable – appointments need to be made accordingly especially when waiting is an extreme inconvenience to the customer!Actions like this should be recognized and customers should be rewarded some way for the error of the employee who made the appointment and inconvenience of the customer.I’ve been coming to this salon on & off for almost 10 years due to distance(about an hour drive). Critical: QualityI came in to the salon after a very hard day at work, hoping i would be relaxed. The only thing I wanted is a very good pedicure with a good massage chair. The chair was broken and I didn’t get my pedicure until about 30 minutes later. And i had an appointment.
