I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Amazing spa. Beautiful atmosphere. Friendly and amazing staff. They know what they’re doing. I received a 1 hr massage by the foreign guy, I’m sorry I forgot his name but he was incredible! And the 1 hr facial by Kaitlynn was just remarkable. My body and face felt so relaxed and fresh coming out. I want to come back every week

Have learned so much about Laser Hair Removal which is working quite well on my Facial area.Wish I had this done earlier, as the Laser does not recognize Grey, Blonde Hair, etc. and will not remove this group of hair. My go to Person, Melanie Hart, is quite good, and there was no pain for me.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve tried different procedures here, more then once. I have nothing negative to say about the girls in the back I think they do a fine job. Dealing with the front, scheduling, and payments is always chaotic. They’ve lost my file and information more then once, couldn’t find my credit after they overcharged me. I once asked when I’ve called for the girl to look on my paper-chart for information and she acted like I just asked her to do something incredibly inconvenient. Dealing with the front, scheduling, and payments is always chaotic. They’ve lost my file and information more then once, couldn’t find my credit after they overcharged me. New review: I was invited back for a facial and Lannah did an amazing job!! My skin feels better than ever and the entire facial was relaxing and rejuvenating. Friendly conversation to start and then quiet relaxation for the remainder of the time. I would recommend the hydro facial by Lannah 10 times over. Thank you for a wonderful time of pampering!!
