This is not a high end place but it is clean, the beds are heated, towels are clean, and beds are separated by curtains. Sofia worked on me for one hour, I got a deep tissue massage. I usually like full strength message, and she was able to focus on the tangled muscles with perfect strength. She provides better service and prices than other high end spas, in my opinion.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to Eden Massage for 3 years and have been satisfied with the service. I was there Sat. to get the 1-1/2 hour massage. The massage therapist was nice but kept asking questions I could not understand. She kept sighing like she was bored and then, with about 1/2 hour left, she starts carrying on a conversation with another massage therapist on the other side of the curtain! I should have left as they talked for 20 min.! I tried to just call the owner and was told she wouldn’t be in and they didn’t know when she would be in. The person on the other end actually asked me what I was calling about! I won’t be back as it was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The massage therapist was nice but kept asking questions I could not understand. Been a regular customer but the second last time I went, I took my husband, brother in law and my daughter (so 4 in total for a hour massage). They were rude. Rushed us more luke 45 minutes and they were laughing and talking among themselves that it got annoying. My therapist smelt of cigarette on his clothes and hands. When I complained the next time I went back on my own, the manager/owner apologized and said they would honor 1 free massage. Never happened. Its the usual when these salons start taking their regular loyal customers for granted.

I agree, Sophie is great and very nice too. She As staff manager, she does a fantastic job of making sure you are comfortable and happy, showing consistant hospitality and attention. I like the guest massueses who stop in occasionally and are master clinicians of the trade. The $30 for a 1hr “Foot Plus” is a deal. Sophie always asks for feedback ready to serve and keeps the clean and pleasant staff hopping quietly about all 6 semi-private curtained lounges. Not always full, but pretty consistantly busy so calling ahead is best. Nice to have Eden Massage so close to home!
