I’d walked by Eden countless times without noticing they do massages. Had my first massage there today – deep tissue with Ginamaria and it was a great experience. She’s a talented massage therapist who helped loosen up some persistent knots. The space is very soothing and attractive and the staff treat you right. I’ll be back!

Was expecting the same appt as the 2 other times I went, but sad to say it wasn’t a great experience this time around. It had only been about 3 weeks since my last eyebrow wax, at Eden Spa, and she understood I just wanted a clean up. Unfortunately she waxed an entirely new shape in my brows, losing the growth I had gained back post COVID-plucking. Such a bummer. And not sure if the wax was the problem or what, but I got super burnt/irritated under my eye brows – took a week of Neosporin to get my skin back. Lastly, got another area waxed and not all of the hair was taken. Had to go back in and clean it up when I got home. When I was leaving, the very nice woman at reception asked me how it went and how much I wanted to tip. It was uncomfortable because the salon was empty, and the service room was next door. She could have heard everything. Just a let down experience overall. Was trying to avoid driving into the city for an eyebrow wax, but been disappointed with the salons in Marin so far. Sad cause I wanted to love!

I had a hot stone massage with Nasrin yesterday that was absolutely divine – one of the best I have ever received! The spa itself is in a great, central location, and is very clean and inviting. The front desk assistants were super friendly and so welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I can not tell you how great this place is. The staff is so kind, talented, and they go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and enjoying your time there. It was the first facial I have ever gotten, and my skin has never felt better. I have mild acne, and just 6 hours after the facial, my acne and skin look and feel 10% better. My skin feels so hydrated! The staff gave me so many tips and recommendations on skin products I should use after treatment, and they gave me many free samples of incredible products. I highly recommend this spa for anyone and everyone.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR THREADING!!! In almost 5 years of having my eyebrows and lip threaded (during which I have been to countless shops/Estheticians in various different states and even other countries), I have never had such a terrible and painful threading experience. She did not direct me at all or know how to manipulate the skin sufficiently, which made the experience much more painful than normal (and I have several cuts on my face from where she pinched it). She didn’t know how to thread well/get close to the brow with confidence so she ended up plucking my eyebrows which was super painful and not what I paid for! On top of it all, it cost $50 for eyebrows and upper lip (which is on the expensive side for these services). The only reason I came here is because my go to person closed for a couple of weeks to go on vacation. When I let the front desk know how terrible the experience was they offered no recourse to make up for it, not even a sincere apology… she just said she’d “make a note of it”. I will not ever come back, if I could give zero stars I would.
