Best day spa in town! They’ve done my daughter’s prom hair and makeup, I’ve sent my mom here for massages, her hair and a facial. I personally love my massage and deep tissue massage. It has helped my back so much with my work. Everybody here has been wonderful to us. Always smiling and making you comfortable.

My first visit, I had a thirty minute head massage that was amazing. Before I left, I scheduled my next three services. Everything was clean and calm and I felt like the cost was reasonable. That said, if you’re interested in booking an appointment, schedule in advance since they seem to book quite far out.

This place is amazing!! I hadn’t been here since before covid but was given a gift card so I scheduled an appointment. OMG Marin gave the BEST massage!!! When she finished I felt like I could float away. She’s the absolute best!! I’ll definitely be scheduling another appointment with her soon!

Poor customer service and communication. Definitely won’t be back for any service. It will not let me reply back to Eden Day Spas comment so I have to edit and add it in here. I actually came in to buy a gift certificate and was taken on a tour- there were kids in the salon at the time. Maybe they had appointments scheduled since this is your rule but they were not in a chair when I was taken through the salon. Being a new client I didn’t think anything about it and not once was I told “no kids allowed”. My child goes everywhere with me. He has always sat through me getting my hair done. I made an apt for hair-and was not told your rules. Not everyone has time to get on your website or menu. I actually just looked at your menu and went to hair- there is NOTHING on there about no kids. After MUCH digging, the only place I see it is if I go to menu-about- general information. As a client just needing someone new to do my hair- I find it unnecessary to go digging around all over for information. I didn’t have time to get on your website at all before coming in and if I had- I would’ve only went to the hair section since that’s what I was interested in. Even there your directions are very vague by stating “ please do not bring children unless scheduled for an appointment” maybe this should be edited to “please do not bring children unless they are scheduled for an appointment”. I scheduled my appointment well in advance. I was on time and was jumped at the door instantly (the door barely even had time to close behind us). Obviously you know your appointments so you knew when we were getting out of the car that you didn’t have a kid on the books at that time but you could have welcomed us in and politely explained to me quietly in private rather than rudely talking loud to me from across the room in front of everyone “ he isn’t allowed in here”! If the situation had been handled in a more professional manner I would have rescheduled. When we left my son asked me why wasn’t I getting my hair done. I told him, “because you are with me and they don’t allow kids”. He replied, “but I’m a good boy mommy”. This was the first time my kid experienced what discrimination felt like. Be proud! Abby at Salon 48 did a fantastic job on my hair and I will now be going to her every 8 weeks. Also- Escape Day spa gave us the best couples message and we will definitely be going back for more!

Really great space and have absolutely everything you need so the reason Im giving three stars is because my esthetician didnt really know anything about my skin needs, i got a “custom” facial and I was not asked anything about my face or skin history, no questionnaire of any kind. They used just the basic facial stuff that you get everywhere so if you want to have a fun spa day for basic facials and such, then this is great and I will be back for that but for HEALING your skin and solving issues I would go to a specialist or make sure you are getting truly customized experience!

My spouse and I enjoy a good couples massage, and have been looking for a place since we moved here. The atmosphere was not to my taste, it was loud with a lot of in an out. I understand they are also a salon, so I get this. I do prefer an establishment that is quieter, or one that keeps the the bustle separate from the massage. I did not care for the fact that we changed into our robes, and then had to walk through the lobby of the business. The door swinging open and shut, people in and out, all with me parading through in my nickers. Upstairs was quiet, which was more of the mood I prefer. The room was cold, so I spent most of my massage tense and shivering…. The option of scents was a nice touch, my spouse went with the mint and I vanilla. When you pay $200.00 for a 60 minute couples massage and get a 38 minute massage you are slightly disappointed. Perhaps there was fine print I failed to read, in any case…. It was clean, the staff friendly, just not the place for me.
