I got a mani/pedi and my daughter got a haircut and dye with hi-lites. Look at that before and after! We both made appointments and they brought in a special stylist to accommodate Jen’s special request. We were both very pleased with the device and the results.

Critical: QualityI had two massage appointments and both people were dissatisfied with the quality that was provided. Also front desk man did not seem to know what was going on multiple times I had called the location to get a confirmation email ect. He also tried to charge me for my appointment that my SO had paid for before he left.

I was very sad to have spent the amount of money I did here. I spent $65 for a pedicure that was supposed to be deluxe. I am sad to say it was not deluxe in any way. I should have went across the way to the cheaper place. 1) we waited 15 minutes even though we had an appointment. That should not have happened. 2) the massage and the pedicure and the quality of pedicure was not worthy of $65. 3) they had water leaking from the tubs and almost electrocuted us because there was a power strip laying in the puddle of water. 4) my toenail polish chipped within an hour.

I first visited Eden Day Spa and Salon in late 2000, after having a hair disaster with another stylist (we’ve all been there at least once!). I met Mary at the time, and she helped me get what I wanted by listening carefully and doing an expert job too. Listening to a customer is crucial in any business, and yet we don’t often get heard. Anyway, I have enjoyed and cherished my visits here ever since and I would definitely recommend this salon!

We had made appointments for manicures and pedicures for 7 people. The price should be half of what they are charging! I can’t believe the gel manicure is 45 dollars and all they did was file and sand my nails, then put cuticle lotion on. I washed my hands then she painted my nails. She didn’t soak my nails, push back cuticles or use any actual tools, nor did I get any kind of lotion or hand massage at the end. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is a joke.
