FINALLY I have found a great stylist “Robert”. I hate to admit it but I am fussy and never pleased with many haircuts I have gotten. But Robert did exactly what I described and wanted. He took me as a first time walk in and he will defiantly be seeing me again.

I had such an uncomfortable experience here I don’t think I’d ever go back. It was my first time there and I was brought back to get my hair washed, and the hairwasher and person next to her (not sure if washer or cutter) started complaining about the groupons and how they wish they’d stop accepting them. Went on about how they “only” get tipped like $5 (for just the washing part I believe) and just seemed to really assume a lot based on if you were here with a groupon. Which I was. So I was essentially completely ignored and not spoken to while they assumed and judged based off of me having a groupon. And for the record, I tipped anyway. The haircut itself was okay, but nothing to write home about. I don’t think I had the main people, I had a lady. I was asking for her opinions but she didn’t really want to give me ideas on my hair, and the one thing that I did want (more definition in the front) she said she’d go light on and if I liked it she could do more next time. There was never going to be a next time if you wouldn’t listen the first time. For the price it was okay, but that’s at the half off groupon value. Their full price rivals places like Tapestry and I don’t think they’re good enough to be charging their full price. They also sold me expensive shampoo that’s disgusting and watery less than 2 months later, and doesn’t give the definition it claimed to. But, I may have just come on a day where people were not at their best. All the other reviews are great so maybe it was just my experience. But as I’m needing another cut soon, I keep hearing those hair washers in the back of my head and I’d never be comfortable going back.

Stopped in because my normal haircutting place was closed. I felt like a was a long time customer, treated beautifully. Didn’t wait for a long time to have my hair washed. I consider myself lucky because Rob cut my hair. What a master. My wife says my hair hasn’t looked that good in years. No problem, I’m going back. That’s my new regular hair place now.

The time and energy each person, not even including the main man working on my hair, took to make my hair what i wanted it to look like. Speachless. Especially for the pricing. Last time i went to a different salon and it cost me $500 not including tipping out everyone. This time… $170! Like…where has this place been all my life??
