I went in yesterday and asked for butterfly locs in a bob shoulder length style. I paid 200 dollars for them to be way too tight and way too STIFF. I came on time to my appointment on time even 10 min early, and she stopped my hair to do another person who just walked in , 30 min into doing my hair. Not to mention some teenagers from the street who aren’t licensed branders came in and BOTH stood over my hair to braid my hair down while she work diligently on the other girls hair. She had the other person in and out in 3 hours. However my hair still had half left. I went to use the restroom and looked in the mirror and told her that I don’t think my hair is supposed to feel so stiff. She told me that she will add hot water at the end of styling. When she finished my hair was very sore with swollen scalp. My locs were sticking up all over the place. She told me to put a scarf on when I go home. When I woke up this morning they looked even worst after taking off the scarf. I text her and asked if she can fix it she didn’t respond until I called. Mounas response was…”You can’t say you don’t like it, you have to wait till your hair grows out and gains flexibility to look better” I asked her to fix it, she then says, “That’s a lot of work” I told her I don’t like it and it’s not the style I asked for. Mouna says “I’m not doing it for free and you provide the hair” I told her, that I would come in, but I Changed my mind. She will NEVER touch my hair AGAIN!!! A hot MESS !!!! I do hair my self, I guess this is what I get for trusting people in my hair. To the hair store I go! The picture with the black marker is what she did to my hair! The other picture is what I walked in and asked for !!!! That shop needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

I called early this morning looking for someone to do my senegalese twist this morning, after another braided flaked on me, and she came to my rescue. my twists are flawless and exactly what I asked for. he only thing I’d change is getting there earlier because the traffic coming and going was horrendous! will definitely be going back!
