Been going here for close to two years. The cut has always been not very good. I wanted to stick with my stylist because she is a dear. I provided this information on a feedback form via email a year ago hoping they could give her guidance. But the cut never got better. This last time, she curled my hair before i could see the cut. After washing and drying my hair today I saw how bad it really was. I’m sad to leave Star but the cut service is just not up to my needs at this time. I really like the facility, location, and staff- very helpful. I have requested the business to cancel my next appointment. Hopefully it will get better over time.

I’ve been to Scott F at Ecosse 3 or 4 times now and have had an excellent experience every single time. Firstly, everyone in the salon is incredibly easygoing and friendly, which was particularly wonderful since, on my first visit, I hadn’t been to a hair salon in 4 years and I was honestly a bit nervous!! I grew out my hair a few years back because I was moving and it can be really difficult to find a hairstylist that can do short women’s haircuts super well, but after a few appointments with Scott I finally decided to make the big chop again. I really could not be happier with my cut— I’m more or less thrilled to bits— and I’m so glad to have found such a lovely salon & a stylist I can totally 100% trust with my hair!!!

If you’re looking for an amazing hairstyle cut Ecosse salon is the place!! Crystal did such a modern hair cut to my long hair! I love that I can make and appointment online and plan my day ( and they are always on time). Very clean, nice and tidy, very professional and well priced for the services. I will be coming back!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityCrystal is a miracle worker! I was looking for a stylist to fix my color and a friend of mine recommended her to me. I had my hair done twice at another salon (first round of highlights by one stylist and then a second round by another in an attempt to fix the color). My hair was left looking brassy and fried. From the beginning, Crystal took the time to really listen to me. She always provided honest feedback regarding what was possible given the condition of my hair and recommendations to reduce further damage. She not only explained what she was doing but also why she was doing it, something that made me feel at ease. I had my hair done twice at another salon (first round of highlights by one stylist and then a second round by another in an attempt to fix the color). My hair was left looking brassy and fried. Unfortunately, I feel like there was a plan to stole undesirable customers because I look like a foreign person and your place is not interested to having me as a customer. I was enforced to pay 65$ with no valuable service. Though I live near by but I would never come back again. The environment is much important than the service you might provide and whatever the quality is however I doubt if there is a quality. No professionalism no quality at all.

Never disappointed … Alissa at Ecosse Salon is a color magician. I’ve gone from blonde to red to a beautiful vibrant purple & more. This is her latest creation. Alissa takes her time & she listens to all suggestions and concerns before hand. She’s up front, professional & will let you know what will work & won’t work respectfully. The salon is clean, professional & everyone is super friendly including Alissa. If you’re ever in need for a new stylist, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alissa at Ecosse Salon!!!

Georgia was fantastic with my haircut! I had not gotten a cut in some time and she added some fun layers to my hair. First, Georgia helped me decide my hair goals for the cut and what I was trying to achieve. She also asked me questions about my hair and used products accordingly to wash and condition. I loved the massage chairs while I had my hair washed. Finally, Georgia chopped, shaped, and then styled my hair. When she turned my chair around I was ecstatic, the layers were beautiful and I could already see so much volume in my hair. Thank you Georgia!
