Positive: ProfessionalismI love this place I have been coming regularly now since I got my consultation. Super nice people and I usually don’t have to wait long. They also like to give out food and drinks while you wait. I really liked how they are treating my acne. I work as a welder and I have to wear a mask sometimes for work and the sweat adds up. I love this place I have been coming regularly now since I got my consultation. Super nice people and I usually don’t have to wait long. They also like to give out food and drinks while you wait. I really liked how they are treating my acne. I work as a welder and I have to wear a mask sometimes for work and the sweat adds up. The people working there doing the facials are not professional at all. They do not know what they are doing. They cause harm to your skin and caused harm to my eyes as well. Very bad customer service, was not greeted as I walked into the door, lady in front was rude when I asked what services did they do here and rolled her eyes at me, only spoke Spanish. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI first heard about echologica medical spa through Rosie Rivera and the fact that it was so local to my area I decided to to check it out. From the moment I walked in I experienced the most pleasant and most beautiful vibe you can ever experience. The wonderful staff members greeted me with a wonderful smile and we’re very attentive. I was then asked to come into a room and speak personally to Fatima who happens to be the owner and I was so amazed on how she treated me with so much love and wanted to hear about some of the issues that I am not happy with myself and how she can help me improve myself. She made me feel so comfortable and she assured that I was going to be well taken care of. She went over some of the treatments that I wanted to fulfill which was the jaw thread lift and fillers and explained to me thoroughly about the procedures. She explained everything with detail and to top it off the prizes are amazing. If there’s one place I will definitely recommend is this place echologica medical spa. I first heard about echologica medical spa through Rosie Rivera and the fact that it was so local to my area I decided to to check it out. From the moment I walked in I experienced the most pleasant and most beautiful vibe you can ever experience. The wonderful staff members greeted me with a wonderful smile and we’re very attentive. When I came here they greeted me with open arms and helped me choose the best program to help with my acne. Now 3 months later my face couldn’t look better. I bought my mom a facial as a gift first day there she loved it. They just use you the first time to keep buying and going but once you go back they completely change. My mom had the worse experience the lady that was helpi6her completely forgot her with product still on her face my mom had to walk out because she waited about 30 minutes.
