She did a great job helping me choose my color and then brought it out perfectly with chunky highlights and a face framing cut. Today was my first time visiting EcoBlue. Silvia was my stylist and she did and outstanding job!!! She was respectful and courteous. She did a great job helping me choose my color and then brought it out perfectly with chunky highlights and a face framing cut. Critical: ProfessionalismMy previous visit they overcharged me by $60. I found the mistake after I signed the credit card. They offered me a credit for my next visit, which I agreed. Today I called for an appointment. I told her that I wanted my grey covered. Then she said do you want highlights, yes all over. I also said I want a my hair trimmed. She told me the total was $220. I said that was too much. She said without the haircut would be $160 less my credit. I said ok. When I arrived and met the stylist she asked what I wanted done. I said cover my grey and highlights all over. She asked if I wanted a quote. I said sure. She walked away and came back and said it would be $220. I told her I was told on the phone it would be $160. She said that is just the highlights. I told her no thank you. I walked up to the counter and asked for a refund of my $60. She got the owner on the phone. The owner told me that all I asked for was highlights. I told her no that I said I wanted my grey covered. So conversations went on. I told her I wanted a refund. She Refused.
