I got a pedicure and the woman clearly did not want to do my pedicure. Then I asked for a 10 minute massage. (I have been going to this place for over 20 years) so I waited and then a older women asked for a massage (they knew I was waiting) and immediately they gave her one. I got up, paid and left. I may not look like a stepford wife but I was a good customer. I won’t be going back ever again.

I made an appointment & came in for a spa Pedi and uv gel Mani. Halfway through the pedicure my technician tells me she’s sorry but she had another appointment to attend to & she handed me off to someone else. Then the tech that did my nails filed my cuticles! When I got home, they called me apolozing because they forgot to charge me for my 10 min massage and asked me for my credit card#!

They do an amazing job every time and my gel manicure and pedicures last up to one month! I drive one half hour to come to this salon. I have been coming to ECO CHIC since they opened. They do an amazing job every time and my gel manicure and pedicures last up to one month! I drive one half hour to come to this salon. They are very kind and caring and will do anything to make you happy. I always listen to their advice on products, colors etc and the recommendations have always been spot on! I highly recommend their services!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was my worst service ever. After I refused very expensive extra massage treatment and requested regular pedicure, the lady who was doing my pedicure didn’t cut my cuticles, threw some scrub on my legs and didn’t even bother to actually use it. She just washed it off!! Same with lotion. So unprofessional!Service: Pedicure

I was conned into a brand new set of gels, when the lady doing my nails said one nail had a bubble. I assumed she would fix the one nail, not do all 10. Sure enough, she then had the audacity to charge me for a full set, when all I came in for was a UV gel FILL manicure. Totally ripped off, and it took nearly 3 hours for a mani/pedi. Unacceptable.

They rush you so much. I came today i told her i didn’t like the color , I chose a different color she said it was the same(its not cause I always get that color and its darker) she didn’t change it and now my nails look like they have a clear top coat. Im on my way to get a pedicure to a different place.
