The solon is clean and the people are so nice. My only issue is that I went in for a spray tan and it literally washed completely off the next day. I did everything i was supposed to do.I would go back for other services though.

Jana did an amazing job fixing my son’s bad haircut from a different salon. I seriously don’t know how she did it! She’s amazing! Not only did she fix it, she fit me in the very next day. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst off, it is not my intention to disparage a person or affect their business negatively, but I think it’s important that potential customers hear about my experience first hand.I went in for a cut and color 2 days before my wedding. The stylist whose name started with E was very nice and personable. She helped me pick the colors and I thought things were going well. After my hair was dry and styled it was clear we weren’t on the same page. I thought maybe I was being harsh and needed time to process the color and see it on me. So I gave it a few minutes. I decided to call the salon and spoke to E the stylist. I told her my concern with the “money piece” it was significantly lighter than the rest of my hair and very thick. Plus the pieces on the bottom where very blonde and closer to the root it was orange. I asked if we could maybe tone it again to make it blend better with my hair and she said allShe could do was more highlights but as this point she could be guarantee any results and that I wouldneed to pay for any additional services because she did not do anything wrong.Obviously getting married in two days, I had no choice to go to someone else. They had to do an all over color to fix it. The stylist who fixed it (at a different salon) was appalled with my hair and the attitude ofthe stylist at Eclipz.The next day I spoke to the manager and she was great. However, since I went someone else to fix it and E rents a booth, she said her hands were tied. She did offer me 50% off a future color but it does not really help me recoup the money I spent for my hair which should have been done right in the first place and the money I had to spend to fix ir. Now instead of of having dark blonde or very light brown hair for my wedding my hair is dark brown.While I may go see the owner at Eclipz in the future IWill for sure not be using E again. Sam is an absolute blast to spend time with! Her days are limited, but the evening availability is so helpful for our schedule. She did a wonderfully cute “peek-a-boo” pop of red color in my daughters hair and we love it. She even gave tips and tricks to help us make the right choice. I got 3 different colors highlighted throughout and absolutely love the way it turned out!!

Called on a friday 25 min before closing for a military high and tight hair cut. They were willing to squeeze me in. The stylist did a better job than most have, and she took her time to make sure I was satisfied with the fade. I highly recommend eclipse

She listened&actually CARED&ASKED THROUGHOUT MY COLOR&CUT if it was too much,too little etc.THAT IS BIG! SHE WAS SO NICE&ACCOMADATING 2MY NEEDS!! I LOVE MY CUT&COLOR&SO RELIEVED!! ALSO JANA Wasnt there to thank in person for calling me back,when they were able2open again! Month + she actually called me back! I was so impressed &immediately knew I’d be in good hands!! & ALSO THEY DO WAXING!! YAY!! I’m so amazed with the customer service&making my new first leap of faith,absolutely amazing!! Went for a birthday pedicure while they had a $25 pedicure special and was not impressed with the service I got. I’ve been to so many places over the years, and this sadly was one of the worst. Was not impressed with the nail job, she missed the sides of my nails on a couple toes, and it barely lasted like it should for GEL. My callouses on the bottom of my feet were barely touched. I felt like I was taking up her time and she would rather be doing other things. The chair sucked too! Definitely glad it was cheap. Hopefully the services have improved since, but I won’t be back.
