Refused to wear a mask for my cut. I have been a customer of Kelly’s for the past 3 years. I have underlying medical issues so I requested that she wear a mask for my 30 minute cut. She refused. I guess she prefers to lose a good customer rather than show respect for another human being who has decided it’s not worth dying for a haircut. Wow.

Kelly refused to wear a mask, even for an immune-compromised and high-risk client who requested nicely that she wear one for the duration of the haircut. This is an unsafe practice that puts people who cannot get vaccinated or have underlying risk factors at even more RISK. This company discriminates against those who are still vulnerable to COVID-19. This will be reported to the BBB. There was also no proof provided that Kelly was vaccinated. Don’t go here—what a joke.
