I got my haircut done by a beginner/student hairstylist. Unfortunately it did not come out how I wanted. I honestly thought I needed to cut it off to the short layer. I called a couple salons around my area and this place seemed to be available for a haircut. Silvia did an amazing job!!! She was so welcoming and assured me we could salvage my hair. I would highly recommend and will be going back for my future haircuts ♀️

I have been going to Eclipse Unisex Hair Salon for about a year now. I like the environment as well as the staff who are extremely friendly. I’m from New York and I’m very particular about letting anyone do my hair. I gave this place a try and fell in love with it. Even more then some of the places in New York I’ve been going to for years! Madeline always does my hair and she is absolutely exceptional!! My hair is always soft, straight and smells nice afterwards. She takes the time to go through my whole head with a flat iron after blow drying it! She even styles it the way I like too.

i had an appointment for 1pm that i had set a week before. i arrived early at 12:45 and when i got there they were closed. i called the number and the lady said that they were running a little late… they were supposed to open at 9am. when they got there at around 1:15, they got there with bags and it had seemed that they had gone shopping. already giving me a bad feeling. i wanted a balayage and i showed the lady doing my hair multiple pictures of what i wanted. she explained it wasn’t going to be exactly the same which was fine with me. i was there until almost 6pm so it took around 5 hours. when it was done my hair was literally yellow and it looked terrible. it looked nothing like what i asked for like not even close. i didnt say anything when i left because i was in a rush to leave but after really looking at my hair i hated it. it was also cut unevenly. i went back to the salon not much after and they had closed. it was around 6:20 so they had closed early too. they said i could return the next morning so they could fix it. i went back and they “fixed” it. they basically just dyed my hair back which is what i asked for but they didnt give back the money. it was a waste of time and money just to look exactly the same. really unprofessional overall.
